All the participants are a priori supposed to be accommodated in the CIRM facilities (see CIRM's accommodation and rates pages for more information). The accommodation procedure will be handled by the CIRM administration about six weeks before the event.

To arrive at the conference site, please follow CIRM's instructions on getting there.

Participants familiar with the structure of CIRM conferences will notice a somewhat unusual schedule: The scientific programme of the conference will consist of the full five days Monday-Friday, while Sunday and Saturday are the arrival and departure days, respectively. See also our Schedule page.
